Sexual exploitation and abuse of children
We have a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of sexual exploitation and abuse of children. This policy is violated by any content that depicts or promotes the sexual abuse of children. This includes:
- any visual depiction of a child engaged in sexually explicit or lascivious conduct,
- any illustration, visual or computer-generated or other realistic representations of children in sexually explicit contexts or engaging in sexually suggestive acts,
- sharing links to third parties that present material showing the sexual exploitation of minors or children,
- discussing sexually explicit behavior involving a child,
- recruiting, soliciting, or expressing interest in commercial sexual activity with a minor or child,
- uploading, storing, producing, sharing child sexual abuse material or
- encouraging anyone to share child sexual abuse material.
To effectively prevent violations, we use the following measures:
- Technical safeguards: Regular system checks to ensure that the app cannot be used to store or distribute illegal content.
- Reporting system: All users, employees and partner companies may report suspicious activity or content via a dedicated email address support@bukeapp.com
- Cooperation with authorities and organizations: In the event of a violation, we will cooperate with the relevant law enforcement authorities.
- Awareness-raising among employees: All employees receive regular awareness-raising training on the topics of child abuse, sexual exploitation and prevention, in order to recognize suspicious activity.
Any violation of this policy will result in the member being removed by Taliana and reported to the authorities. In accordance with US law, if we become aware of apparent child sexual exploitation, cyber grooming or child abuse, we will report it to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) https://report.cybertip.org/.
